The Lab by Monday Morning is one of the only non-alcoholic focused production breweries in Southern California. Based in San Marcos, we brew, can, and white-label alcohol-free beer and functional drinks, from small-batch recipe trials to full canning runs. Home of Haymaker NA IPA. We are building what is next in NA, so others can build with us. The Lab is a production and contract-brewing facility, and a public taproom.
