Lautus Savvy White is a dealcoholized Sauvignon Blanc from Holder Vineyards in Stellenbosch, South Africa. The wine is twice passed through gentle spinning cone technology, once to capture its aromas and again to remove the alcohol, leaving less than 0.5 percent ABV. It is crisp and refreshingly acidic with tropical fruit and citrus character.
