BOLLE Grand Reserve is a lees-aged non-alcoholic sparkling Blanc de Blancs made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Silvaner. It is twice fermented and aged nine months on lees, building a creamy texture and brioche character. Expect fine delicate bubbles with notes of apricot, nuts, and citrus, and contains less than 0.5% ABV.
