Agave

A non-alcoholic distilled agave spirit made in Oaxaca from pit-roasted Tobala agave. It is distilled with local botanicals including ginger, pasilla mixe chili, flor de cacao, hibiscus and lemongrass as a zero proof stand-in for mezcal.
