Carl Jung Riesling feinherb is a 0.0% dealcoholised white wine, vinified conventionally and then stripped of its alcohol by gentle vacuum distillation. This de-alcoholized Riesling feinherb delights with its elegant freshness and typical Riesling character. Aromas of juicy citrus fruits, ripe apples and a subtle honey note are perfectly accentuated, while the finely tart residual sweetness gives the wine a harmonious balance.
