Carl Jung
Non-Alcoholic Wine
Carl Jung is the original name in alcohol-free wine. Founded in Ruedesheim am Rhein, the house patented vacuum dealcoholisation in 1907, a method that lowers the boiling point so wine gives up its alcohol at low temperature and keeps most of its aroma, and that process still underpins the industry today. Wines are vinified conventionally and only then dealcoholised, giving a 0.0% range that runs from still Chardonnay, Riesling feinherb, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rose and the Cuvee blends to the Mousseux sparkling family, a certified organic Bio line, and seasonal specials such as Mousseux Peach, the herb-infused The Herby and the mulled Gluehchen. Exported to more than 30 countries.
