Cuvée Red

Carl Jung Cuvée Red is a 0.0% dealcoholised red wine, vinified conventionally and then stripped of its alcohol by gentle vacuum distillation. This non-alcoholic red cuvée impresses with its spicy complexity and balanced structure. The harmonious acidity gives it a refreshing freshness that is in perfect harmony with the light, pleasant tannin. The deep red color of the wine is an indication of its intense aroma, which is accompanied by aromas of red berries such as blackberries and blackcurrants. The light tannin provides a fine texture and an elegant finish, while the spicy notes give the wine a pleasant depth.
