Cabernet Sauvignon

Carl Jung Cabernet Sauvignon is a 0.0% dealcoholised red wine, vinified conventionally and then stripped of its alcohol by gentle vacuum distillation. The non-alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon impresses with its strong color and high tannin content, which gives the wine structure. Aromas of cassis, berries and spicy nuances characterize the bouquet, while the taste remains harmonious and balanced. Despite the lack of alcohol, the wine has a full-bodied texture and reflects the typical characteristics of the grape variety. Ideal with grilled meat, spicy dishes or mature cheese.
