Carl Jung Cuvée White is a 0.0% dealcoholised white wine, vinified conventionally and then stripped of its alcohol by gentle vacuum distillation. This de-alcoholized Cuvée White impresses with its balanced composition of carefully selected wines, which give it a complex aroma and variety. Aromas of fresh citrus fruits, white flowers and ripe apples combine harmoniously with delicate notes of tropical fruits such as pineapple and melon. The fine acidity provides a lively freshness, while the soft texture makes the wine pleasantly round and accessible.
