Carl Jung Cuvée Dry is a 0.0% dealcoholised white wine, vinified conventionally and then stripped of its alcohol by gentle vacuum distillation. This non-alcoholic dry cuvée impresses with its clear, precise structure and pleasant freshness. Aromas of ripe yellow apples and juicy pears form the basis, while delicate nuances of peach and yellow melon round off the taste. Without residual sugar, a dry, well-balanced texture unfolds, which is supported by a fine acidity and gives the wine a lively, refreshing note.
