The sparkling expression of Château La Coste's alcohol-free rosé, built on the estate's organic Rosé d'une Nuit cuvée in Provence. The alcohol is removed by vacuum distillation at a maximum of 35 to 40 degrees Celsius to preserve the wine's aromatics, leaving grapefruit and strawberry notes lifted by natural lemon, strawberry and jasmine, with just 3.5g of residual sugar. Made for celebrations. Serve very cold, ideally 4 to 6 degrees, in frosted glasses.
