NOOH by La Coste is the alcohol-free range from Château La Coste, the organic wine estate, art and architecture park near Aix-en-Provence. The name combines "No" with OH, the chemical symbol for the alcohol molecule. The estate spent three years developing the range, starting from its organic Rosé d'une Nuit cuvée, and removes the alcohol by vacuum distillation at a maximum of 35 to 40 degrees Celsius so the wine is never cooked and its aromatics survive. The line now covers still and sparkling rosé plus still and sparkling white, all 100% French wine at 0% alcohol, with the rosés carrying just 3.5g of residual sugar. It reached US retail through Boisson in 2025.
