A sparkling alcohol-free white from Château La Coste in Provence, made from Sauvignon Blanc and dealcoholised by vacuum distillation at low temperature so the wine's aromatics survive the process. 100% wine, 0% alcohol, and the most recent addition to the NOOH range. Serve very cold, ideally 4 to 6 degrees, in frosted glasses.
