A still alcohol-free white from Château La Coste in Provence, the white counterpart to the estate's original NOOH rosé. The name is a play on "No" and OH, the chemical symbol for the alcohol molecule. Made as wine first at the estate, then dealcoholised by vacuum distillation at low temperature so the aromatics stay intact. 100% wine, 0% alcohol. Serve very cold, ideally 4 to 6 degrees.
