A sparkling rosé of 96% Sauvignon Blanc and 4% Grenache from Darling bush vines, de-alcoholised by spinning cone then infused with CO2 for a fine stream of bubbles. Light salmon pink with ripe strawberry and sweet plum aromas and a balanced, lingering palate. Awarded IWSC Bronze at 85 points in 2023 and a WAFA Silver in 2025.
