Darling Cellars
Non-Alcoholic Wine
Darling Cellars is a South African winery founded in 1949 at Mamre Station on the R315 in Darling, on the cool West Coast an hour north of Cape Town. Its vineyards are dryland bush vines planted on decomposed granite slopes that catch Atlantic breezes off the cold Benguela current. The DC De-Alcoholised range takes those same premium grapes through normal fermentation and maturation, then removes the alcohol with spinning cone technology under vacuum at low temperature so the wine keeps its body, colour and flavour. The range is vegan-friendly, low in calories and under 0.5% ABV, and has collected IWSC and WAFA medals including the 2022 IWSC Best Low Alcohol Wine Trophy.
