Sovi is a family-owned non-alcoholic wine company based in Napa, California, founded by certified sommelier Julia Littauer and her husband Alex, a DipWSET graduate. The wines are made from certified sustainably grown grapes and gently dealcoholized by vacuum distillation with no added sugars or flavorings. The range includes a Reserve Red, Rose, Sauvignon Blanc, and Sparkling White, all vegan and low sugar.
