Kolonne Null is a Berlin-based non-alcoholic wine producer founded in 2018 by Philipp Roessle. The brand makes its wines from real grapes pressed and fermented like conventional wine, then gently removes the alcohol through low-temperature vacuum distillation. Its range spans 0.0% still and sparkling wines sourced from vineyards across Germany, France, and Spain, with many bottlings certified organic.
