Mikkeller is a pioneering Danish craft brewery founded in Copenhagen in 2006 by Mikkel Borg Bjergso. A leader in the alcohol-free category, it brews non-alcoholic beers such as Drinkin the Sun, a 0.3% ABV pale ale with bright citrus and tropical hop character made using the brewerys own low-alcohol yeast strain.
