It's made with Barbera, an Italian red grape that gives rosé good color and acid without much weight. In the glass, or straight from the can, you get soft strawberry, peach and raspberry held together by a light acidity that stops the whole thing from turning into fruit punch. The build is dealcoholized rosé wine with peach and Sauvignon Blanc concentrate for fruit and gum arabic for body. Each can comes to 40 calories and 3 grams of sugar. Gluten free, made in California. Serve it very cold, and take it wherever glass isn't practical, which is most of the good places.
