Eichbaum is the oldest brewery in Mannheim, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany, founded in 1679 and one of the leading breweries in the country's southwest. Its alcohol-free lager is a malty, mildly hoppy alternative made from water, barley malt and hop extract, and the brand also makes non-alcoholic lemon and elderberry radlers.
