Les Marees is a non-alcoholic sparkling Blanc de Blancs made from organic Chardonnay grapes grown in Southern France. The base wine is vinified, gently dealcoholized, and given fine bubbles at bottling. It pours with a creamy texture and delicate notes of green apple, citrus blossom, and brioche.
