Les Marees is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine made from organic Chardonnay grown in the South of France. The base wine is vinified with a multigenerational farming family, the alcohol is gently removed, and a fine sparkle is added at bottling to create a Blanc de Blancs style. It shows bright acidity with green apple and mineral notes.
