Giesen is a New Zealand winery founded in 1981 and based in Marlborough that has become a leading producer of alcohol-removed wine. It uses spinning cone technology to gently strip the alcohol while preserving aroma, producing dry, low-calorie wines under 0.5 percent ABV. Its 0 percent range includes Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Rose, Chardonnay and Merlot.
