Rib0 Mousseux is a de-alcoholised sparkling wine from Cave de Ribeauvillé in Alsace, made entirely from Muscat. The nose is clean and fine with fresh fruit, and the palate is crisp and light with yellow fruit and the grape typical Muscat lift. Alcohol is removed by cold vacuum distillation, a fully physical process.
