Lot 229 comes from a fourth-generation family winery in the South of France that has been making non-alcoholic wine for over twenty years, well before the category became fashionable. It is Grenache, made traditionally as a real sparkling rosé, and only then dealcoholized by reverse osmosis. That method works at low temperature rather than cooking the wine, which is why the aromatics survive. Delicate pink with a fine bead.
