Raspberry Blend

A pink gin alternative that avoids collapsing into raspberry syrup. Juniper still runs underneath with its floral, piney character, lime peel supplies the citrus zing, and fresh raspberry sits on top as sweetness rather than jam. That balance is the whole trick, since most alcohol free pink gins amount to flavoured water with a berry on the label. Use it in a long tonic pour, a spritz, or a brunch cocktail where the fruit is meant to lead. Fluère makes it in Amsterdam, taking each botanical through hydro steam distillation separately before blending the individual distillates, which is a slower route than one combined run. The bottles are tunnel pasteurised, so a sealed one keeps for roughly two years in the cupboard.
