Here at Brunswick Aces we have always made Gins in a more contemporary style, distilling to our tastes and to the seasons. That was until we got talking with the team from the Savoy Hotel on Little Collins, who stock our blends, and the concept for the World’s First Custom Blend made with and without alcohol was born. We are now so proud to present the Maitre D’ blend, not only a world first blend, but our first ever take on a London Dry style Gin. The inspiration of the flavour profile came from a bygone era where hospitality and cocktails reigned supreme. The Savoy on Little Collins was the epicentre of nightlife in Melbourne, with it’s Rainbow room being one of the first to open it’s doors to the public for signing, dancing and of course, cocktails.
