Botivo

Botivo is a British non-alcoholic aperitif handcrafted in small batches at Lannock Farm in Hertfordshire, England. Rather than imitating a spirit, it is built as a drink in its own right, combining aged British apple cider vinegar and organic wildflower honey with botanicals like gentian, wormwood, rosemary, thyme and orange zest for a bittersweet, citrus-forward sip. It is best served long over ice with soda and an orange wedge.
