Casamara Club is a Detroit-based beverage company founded in 2018 that makes non-alcoholic Italian-style amaro leisure sodas and zero-proof cocktails. Its extra-dry, low-sugar sodas are inspired by the bittersweet amaro traditions of Italy and include flavors such as Alta, Como, Sera, and Onda. The drinks are made with separately extracted botanicals for a complex, aperitivo-style profile.
