Pomona Ginger & Cardamom is a non-alcoholic sparkling honey wine (mead) from UK maker Bemuse, naturally fermented from apple blossom honey, water and yeast, then infused with fresh ginger and green and black cardamom. It is dry, lightly spiced and effervescent with a subtle ginger finish. A low-sugar alternative to wine, cider or beer.
