UNDONE is a Hamburg, Germany based non-alcoholic drinks house built on a patented dealcoholization process: the team starts with fully distilled real spirits and wines, then strips the alcohol while keeping the botanicals, barrel character and aroma intact. The numbered range covers gin, rum, whiskey and agave alternatives plus Italian aperitifs, vermouth, sparkling cuvees and ready-to-drink canned cocktails, every product under 0.3% ABV.
