Society De La Rassi is a California-based non-alcoholic sparkling wine brand founded in 2023, built to sit alongside top-shelf Champagne rather than apologize for being alcohol free. Its Neue Brut is a non-alcoholic sparkling Chardonnay made from single-vineyard La Mancha, Spain grapes and gently dealcoholized by vacuum distillation. The wine has under 0.5 percent alcohol with bright citrus and floral notes.
