Lussory is a Spanish 0.0% wine range from Dismark Products in Santiago de Compostela, sold as premium non-alcoholic wine rather than grape juice. The grapes are grown and vinified conventionally, then the finished wine is de-alcoholised, which is why the polyphenols and varietal character survive. The line covers Airen, Chardonnay, Merlot, Tempranillo, Rose and sparkling bottlings plus a certified-organic trio and a limited-edition Gold 24K sparkling.
