Hollow Leg is an Irish-founded alcohol-free wine label made in Galicia, Spain with winemaker Pablo Martinez. Rather than blending juice, the wines are produced from organically farmed Galician grapes, vinified conventionally and then dealcoholised using a process Martinez spent five years refining, which keeps the mouthfeel, aroma and structure of the original wine without added sugar or unusual flavourings. The range covers a still Albarino and Cabernet Sauvignon plus a Sparkling White Cuvee and Sparkling Rose, all 0.0% and around 4 calories per 100 ml. Sold across Ireland and through a dedicated US storefront.
