Eisberg is one of the longest-running alcohol-free wine labels in the UK, widely stocked by Tesco and other British grocers. Grapes from selected European terroirs are vinified as normal, then the alcohol is stripped using a gentle vacuum distillation system that lowers the boiling point so the wine evaporates its alcohol at around 32C and keeps most of its aroma compounds intact. The result is a 0.0% range spanning the Signature still and sparkling wines, the fuller Premium Selection bottlings, the lighter Be Free sparkling wines and a seasonal Mulled punch.
