High Horse is Tinley's read on a Moscow Mule, built on ginger extract and lime with a hint of burn on the back end, and it lands closer to a real ginger beer than to a soft mixer. The cannabis is dosed low on purpose, a 5mg micro-dose drawn from premium California cannabis, with terpenes from the Pineapple Jack sativa shaping the character into something the brand calls uplifting and broad-spectrum. Thirty calories and five grams of sugar keep it lighter than the cocktail it references.
