Orange

Lakes & Legends is a craft brewery in the Loring Park neighbourhood of downtown Minneapolis, and Hiii is what happens when a brewery turns its carbonation and flavour experience toward hemp instead of hops. Orange is the most straightforward of the three in the range. The dose is 5mg of THC paired with an equal 5mg of CBD, a balanced ratio rather than the THC-heavy formulations common elsewhere. It's a sparkling water build, so the orange has to carry the whole drink with no malt or sugar hiding behind it, and it lands bright and clean rather than sweet. The brewery leans on Minnesota Grown ingredients and local farming partners where it can, and the taproom on Lasalle Avenue is famously dog friendly.
