Juniper leads, as it should, with citrus peel and a cooling mint note behind it and earthy spice underneath. Dhos aimed at a dry gin reference rather than a floral one, which makes this the more useful bottle behind a bar. Tonic is the obvious partner and it holds a G and T together well enough, but it gets more interesting in drinks that ask gin to carry structure.
