The Pathfinder is a hemp-based non-alcoholic spirit from the Pacific Northwest, introduced in 2021. Its Hemp and Root expression is made from fermented hemp distilled in copper pot stills and blended with juniper, saffron, wormwood, Douglas fir, orange peel, ginger, and sage. It is a bittersweet, amaro-style alternative built for zero-proof cocktails.
