Boyd's Liquor Mart - Mt Rushmore Rd

I had one of the most frustrating and disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this store. When I walked in, I asked for help locating a product and was completely ignored while the employee continued talking instead of helping me. I ended up finding it myself and waiting in line. At the register, there was another employee standing there not helping customers, which already made the wait longer. When I finally got helped, things got worse. I was asked what I planned to use the product for, and I answered politely. Instead of just completing the transaction or making a decision, the employee began repeatedly questioning me—“how,” “then what,” over and over—basically making me explain the entire process step by step. This went on for several minutes while my Lyft driver was outside honking and waiting. I was trying to text my driver while being questioned at the register. After wasting my time like that, I was then refused service and told to leave.
