Valmiermuiza (Valmiermuizas alus) is a Latvian craft brewery in Valmiera that brews unpasteurised beer from its own deep-well water, barley malt, yeast and hops. Its non-alcoholic range includes a bottom-fermented pale lager at around 0.5% ABV.
