Moon Rabbit is the first low-alcohol beer from Tartarus Beers in Leeds, England, a 0.5% stout conditioned on vanilla pods and tonka beans. Built from an imperial stout recipe with the fermentables removed and fermented with the LA-01 low-alcohol yeast, it has a full body of vanilla, chocolate, roasted coffee, tonka, and toasted nuts with a dry finish. Served in a 440ml can; vegan.
