Maisel (Brauerei Gebr. Maisel) is a family-owned brewery in Bayreuth, Bavaria, founded in 1887 and best known for its Bavarian wheat beer. Its alcohol-free wheat beer, Maisels Weisse Alkoholfrei, is an isotonic 0.5% ABV brew with around a third fewer calories than the original. All Maisel beers are brewed to the Reinheitsgebot purity law.
