Maisels Brauerei (Brauerei Gebr. Maisel) is a family-owned brewery in Bayreuth, Bavaria, founded in 1887 by brothers Eberhard and Hans Maisel and famous for its Bavarian wheat beer. Its alcohol-free wheat beer, Maisels Weisse Alkoholfrei, is an isotonic 0.5% ABV brew with reduced calories. All beers are brewed to the Reinheitsgebot purity law of 1516.
