Innis & Gunn is a Scottish brewer founded in Edinburgh in 2003, best known for barrel-aged beers exported to more than 35 countries. Its alcohol-free range is led by a 0.0% Lager brewed with a special yeast that produces no alcohol during fermentation, preserving the beer's full flavour.
