Herslev Bryghus is an organic farm brewery near Roskilde, Denmark, founded in 1998 by Tore Joergensen with a philosophy of more nature and less industry. Alongside its organic beers it makes alcohol-free options, including the malt-based Brus range and the Altid Frisk alcohol-free IPA.
