Florida's retail picture is broader than a shelf at one kind of store. Target confirmed a Florida test, Sprouts reported selling the category here, and a Florida-founded drink company named Total Wine & More, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, and Winn-Dixie among its partners. Where to buy THC drinks in Florida

Where should you start? Use the live map and city links, then check supermarkets, grocery and convenience stores, liquor stores, properly permitted hemp or smoke shops, restaurants, bars, and lounges. Florida requires businesses selling hemp extract to hold the applicable food permit. An alcohol license by itself may not be enough, so a familiar bottle shop isn't automatically a compliant seller.

You can buy compliant prepackaged drinks to go from properly permitted Florida retailers. You aren't limited to ordering one at a bar. I couldn't verify that bartender-made or house-mixed THC cocktails are allowed, so I wouldn't treat an open drink the same as a sealed can. Are THC drinks legal in Florida?

Hemp-derived THC drinks exist because the 2018 Farm Bill defined hemp around a delta-9 THC limit under 0.3% by dry weight. Florida uses a different measurement for ingestible hemp extract. The state applies a 0.3% total delta-9 limit on a wet-weight basis and includes THCA in that total. The familiar federal shorthand doesn't answer the whole Florida question.

Florida permits compliant retail sales to adults 21 and over. Products are subject to testing, cannabinoid labeling, child-resistant packaging, and food-permit rules. I couldn't verify a Florida cap per serving or container, so I won't invent one. Labels must state the milligrams of each marketed cannabinoid per serving. Whatever the label says, driving after a THC drink is a hard no.

Rules can still change. A federal hemp-definition change is scheduled for November 12, 2026 and would exclude finished hemp-derived cannabinoid products above a new combined total THC threshold per container. A proposed delay had not cleared Congress when this page was verified. The FDA also treats introducing THC-added food into interstate commerce as prohibited. Check current Florida and federal rules before buying.
