Bax Botanics is a Yorkshire family distillery founded in 2019 by Chris and Rose Bax, wild food and flavour experts who spent decades teaching and consulting for the food industry. Their alcohol-free botanical spirits, Verbena and Sea Buckthorn, are distilled in traditional beaten copper alembics with organic botanicals, carry zero alcohol and zero sugar, and have earned Great Taste awards and IWSC recognition.
