Banks Botanicals is a non-alcoholic botanical drinks producer from Australia's Yarra Valley, acquired by Alchemy Distillers in 2025. Its signature Herbarium spirit individually distills five native botanicals with mountain-fresh Yarra Valley water: cassia bark, lemon myrtle, lime, wattleseed and wild Tasmanian pepperberry, capturing each in its purest form. The range spans organic, vegan 700ml bottled spirits (Herbarium and the citrus-led Citron) and a line of ready-to-drink 250ml canned cocktails including a pink grapefruit tonic, Italian-style spritz, and yuzu and cucumber serves. Banks donates 10 cents from every bottle and 4-pack sold to Bush Heritage Australia, and its spirits have picked up honors at the London, New York and World Spirits Competitions, including Yarra Valley Alcohol Free Producer of the Year.
